Ithink Kevinp58 is after a bumper with washer holes, and Keith B has one without :-\

If you turn it over, there should be a moulded area that just needs trimming out from the inside, carefully cut out from the inside, a stepped hole cutter is ideal, then a square file for the notches. No paint required, unless it's the wrong colour, of course ::)
