Title: Weird indicator problem
Post by: dunkymunky on 30 June 2014, 21:52:33
So a strange indicator problem has reared its head this week. When using the left indicator, it clicks at half speed, until the wheel is turned past the 'click' of teh self cancellers. I know double speed means a bulb is out, and all bulbs are working. Right hand indicator works fine. Can anyone help? I have fitted a genuine OEM crusie control indicator stalk, but that was about 3 motnhs ago and all has been fine.

Its a 2001 F/L 2.2 GLS

Thanks

Where did you buy the switch?  I suspect your answer will be ebay or similar ::)

For £35 you could, and should, have bought a genuine one from Vauxhall, which would solve your problem :y

Indeed, brand spankers ones from Vx also feel much nicer to use  8)

Did you have a warranty? If not, ebay themselves might take the case on for you.....
