No Rods2, that will all do me fine!  In fact I love it! :-* :-* :D :D :y

It just makes me think of what our railways have lost. We had "beaver" tailed observation cars in the 1930s, on the days top expresses especially on the LMS and LNER.  WWII came along and they disappeared, only now seen on preservation lines!  An observation car on HS2?  Why not? :) :)

You don't need observation cars with a Gen1 DMU  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Had a nice trip over Shap on Saturday behind Tornado, 43mph at the summit, not bad for a Wheezy puffer, 84mph top speed in places, all very interesting sat in a Mk1 buffer car!  ;D
