Since putting my Mig back on the road this summer, there has been a droning noise coming from the front - it's variable with the speed of the car.
I thought at first it was the start of a whining diff but the wife definitely hears it from the front passenger side and after been driven home from a beer festival - I agree with her ( for once)
Sorry not much to go on - I thought of wheel bearing perhaps ?
The tyres are all the same pattern with good tread as I also wondered of road noise from the tyres but they have been on the car for a while.
Any pointers gratefully received

Possibly a wheel bearing going

Probably wheel bearing, easy enough to change, but best to do both sides as tother won't be far behind...
Might also be a hole in the Secondary Air Injection plumbing, but unlikely if road speed related rather than engine speed :-\

Thanks guys will have a look next weekend
I assume it can be identified too by jacking front wheels and checking for play?

Give me a PM if bearings. I have two new ones in ABS club shop

Yep. Or remove the wheel and disc to feel for roughness.

I had a drone but it went when I put new tyres on front
