the arms on my rear blind have snapped....can I buy replacements and how difficult are they to repair...cheers nick :-\

Same happened to mine when i tried to force it(only a bit)! Your best off obtaining a second hand one, i got one from a breaker in Ireland and works great :y

Indeed, replace the whole shelf for another the same colour.

that's what I thought id have to do.....only thing is now I gotta find one lol

There more trouble than there worth in my opinion, I would put it to rest and leave it, if the arms dont snap, they bend, jam, motor gives up, the switch breaks or falls in pieces. ::)

Mine has the habit of not folding itself away properly, so it remains permanently 'up'. I use it as a privacy blind :)

Hmm, cant help thinking permanently down would be better though. ::)

Its the same old story if you have a blind that works ,use it fairly regularly and it will keep working :y

Exactly. When the car was in use, I used to open & close the blind every so often, or rather she would always drive with it open ..... apparently you can't see through them properly ??? I almost always had it closed. when i came to sell the car, the blind would open .... lack of use. It's not the easiest thing to remove when extended! :o ;D ;D
