Post by: Varche on 24 August 2014, 16:50:11
Good race, some good overtaking and some not so good.

Superb track. Worth watching the highlights tonight.

Can but hope.

Mercedes have a superb package  except it is a bit fragile and they haven't one manager but three. No wonder Ross Brawn wasn't interested. Then there would have been four. ;D ;D ;D

Isn't Ricciardo a refreshing breath to show Vettel up as just a good number two driver!

Where has that come from ??? Proves he really is a little shit. ;)
I have just read Hamilton's version of events at the race debriefing, if true I wouldn't be gobsmacked I'd have put the little shit in a medical centre eating through a straw. >:(

Even on the news the manager of the team...Toto....said it was unacceptable behavior and it is obvious it was Rossbergs fault and will be dealt with in house.....doubt very much if f1 will investigate it,,..trouble is that the sport is run by money..so what can the team  do to the little shite and will he and Hamilton still be in the same team next season.. :-\ :(

I was gobsmacked that he was still alive after that race.  If I were Hamilton I bet I would be in jail right now, what a pr!ck  >:(

It is called German race craft as practised by many of their drivers past and present. It's not the sportsmanship or competing within the rules that counts, winning is all that matters, however bad a taste that it leaves in everybody's mouth. >:( >:( >:(

Let's not forget Senna forced Prost off the track to win the championship that year..... yet he's a legend ;)

The FIA are to take no action against Rosberg because no new information has come to light. :( :(
Jean Todd is not like Mosley who would have sanction him in some way, he stands accused of causing an accident which is against the rules, Oh! I forgot this is F1 and like the EU rules only apply to some. ;)

Probably just as well.

You have to hope that no driver deliberately causes accidents.  At the time I thought it was a racing accident through a red mist poorly judged overtake by Rosberg. Lets face it the man had pole, then lost the lead fairly quickly. He also has an ego to feed and is no slouch(he showed Schumacher clean heels now and then).

How do Mercedes manage them as they both vie for No1 driver position? I don't know. I do hope that they don't have team orders. e.g. You can't overtake whoever qualified highest or no team mate overtaking after half distance. Maybe they ought to take it in turns to start at the back of the grid to keep as much distance between them as possible. ;D ;D Easily achieved with their chocolate components and a playstation 3 controller. Wouldn't it be hilarious if Red Bull came out on top as a result of their in team rivalry :o :o :o

Friday

"Mercedes have taken disciplinary action against Nico Rosberg following his collision with team-mate Lewis Hamilton in the Belgian Grand Prix".

I wonder what? :o

Sit on the naughty step for 5 minutes :(
Future races will be interesting, I wonder if either of them will have car problems during qualifying ::)
