The day i take the truck off roading at yarwell,it looks like its going to get very dirty lol,i shall hopefully get some pics posted monday,cant wait as ive been looking forward to doing this. ;D

be interesting to get an unbiased insight of how good/bad a fronty is off road...enjoy :y

Going to be dry tomorrow but wet under foot :) make sure you seal up the doors :)

Im back in bedford safe with a working truck,which was very capable on the off roading track,even surprised a few off the landrover owners,i couldnt fault it,pulled well up steep hills,got through all the places where the discos etc went much to there surprise,will post some pics up when i get back home ,my opinion a good 4x4 which is very underated :y

Nope,went through everything i put it threw,found that for steep hills it preferred 2nd gear instead of 1st as it was just a bit to low ,went through shallow part of lake no problem.

My new one would be shite with its 20 inch wheels and low profile rubber,reckon it'll struggle with the tin tent on a grass site tbh :-\,its nice on the road though where it spends most of its time.

There was a 4wd ford kuga there only got stuck once ,but was on mud tyres tho :y

Great fun, isn't it, used to do a bit some years ago in a Series 3 Land Rover, got a pic somewhere of me coming up a hill and the front 2 wheels lifted as I came up over the top..... :y :y :y
