Hard to credit now but when I was at school (late sixties /early seventies) Liverpool and Leeds United were the giants of English football.

How the mighty fall. ;D ;D

Teams don't fear Liverpool like they once did.

Even STMO, after a night on the piss, would be quicker around the pitch than Gerrard. ;D

Thinking liverpool might >heavy scouse accent on< "...get something out of the game" >off< would be a good example of "hat stand".

...another would be that Ketsbia goal celebration after scoring for Newcastle. Or indeed, owning a Daewoo. :P

A much better performance from what was almost the "B" team  :y

What with the other game going 4-0  .  . .  could be very difficult for Liverpool to qualify now ::)

A question to Mr. Rodgers  . .  . . why oh why do you keep playing that Joe Allen ?  >:( >:(

Not even worthy of a place on the bench IMO >:( >:( >:( >:(
