Post by: Anthony in Madrid on 04 November 2014, 18:26:40
Hi..
Calling the anoraks again...

Is this ok to use for sealing the oil cooler plate?
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Grey-Aluminum-VW-VAUXHALL-SEALANT-SILICONE-Gasket-SUMP-OIL-Pan-Exhaust-Pump-/170761917943?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item27c23415f7

Does'nt look like the stuff I get from VX, but as others have said should be ok.

Rule I follow is the Black VX stuff for Oil / Metal and VX Grey for Coolant / Metal.
