Car is vauxhall Omega 2.5 td intercooled 1998 manual
1. Is it possible to flip the exhaust manifold upside down so turbo is up higher and adapt flange for t3/t4 turbo.
2. Manual boost controller advantages
3. How do i do the evry fuel pump mod step by step
4. Has anyone converted to full mechanical diesel pump with bigger head on pump. Would be very interested in doing this and any info or pump numbers would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hypothetically, the 3.5d lump will bolt in... Wiring might take some planning though...

1) Can't see how, nor would there be space? Plus getting exhaust back down....
2) None really
3) ?
4) Not that I'm aware
TD auto - forget all ideas until you fit a stronger box
TD manual - chip it, play with wastegate actuator (needs diags kit to watch temps though, as gauge is too damped), and get intercooler fan permanently running. That will be about all the engine is good for. And lose the viscous.
Note, BMW state its safe to 110C (which is around 100C on Omega gauge). Then its guaranteed either the HG will fail, or the head will crack.

3. The evry mod is modding the pump return wire to ecu by imputing a variable resistor to fool the pump into out putting more diesel. But I would like to know how to do it and where I would find the wire eg wire colour and pin location on ecu plug

Not sure simply pumping in more diesel will do much, beyond creating more smoke, as all those other resistor "performance mods" will testify to.
