Apologies if this has been posted before. ;)

I know it runs speeded up a bit, but it is still awesome that there are no shunts, accidents, and dead pedestrians :o
We have traffic light controls here and still have accidents !!!!!

That's because we have rules, and there are those about who either ignore or are oblivious to them... There it would seem the only two rules are keep right and don't hit anything/one...

Does seem to work though :-\

Probably because they don't have the arrogant, middle management sales reps, and everyone has a bit of respect for others?

I lived in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) in Vietnam for a while, where getting to work on my Honda Wave scooter was challenging at times!  :D  8)
