Was the Sat nav fitted an optional extra?? Coz i've got a blank on mine next to the radio where your screen is fitted  :(

And whats the bettin the front mudflaps where 'eaten' by the tyres with the old worn wishbone bushes......which reminds me, 'Note to self, remember to order a pair of bottom arms to preserve new mudflaps!!'

I'd imagine so,my Tractor Elite has that one blanked off as well coz I don't think Vauxhall intended the oil burners to go fast enuf to warrant fitting it!!!  ;D

Although I thought all V6's came with it as standard....I wait to be corrected!!!

Some have the tc switched moved to the smaller switches above, some lose the TC switch altogether (TC always on)

Total change of subject...does the 'winter' setting for the auto box have a similar function to TC?? Just trying to convince the Mrs that it won't try to kill her when the weather gets worse!!

I might be wrong on this one, But i think the winter button just makes the car pull off in 3rd gear to help traction

No you're not wrong! You're right it makes the car set off in 3rd.  ;)
My mini face lift 3.0 has the small TC button where the blank is.

Yes, Snow button pulls off in high gear for better traction.  It will automatically disengage once speed = 50mph, as presumably no longer icy...

Ive never tried on the Omega but on the Senator it used to also disengage  when the switch under the accelerator pedal was pressed.  ....... I know there's no switch under an Omega's throttle but the throttle position switch might do the same thing.

Can't really say, I'll have to upgrade my broadband before I can download the pictures...  ;D

Very good one, and my favourite colour too! (well after Start Silver)

Luxury motoring for next to nothing...  :y

Yeah , I think its for pulling away in snow , which can be a bit fiddly if your in drive , especially on a hill!! Wheels just start spinning as soon as you take your foot off the brake .

The switch is built into the throttle cable......its in the engine bay.
