Title: Cheap Motoring

I was filling up with LPG at ASDA Cardiff Gate (54.7ppl) this afternoon and there was a bloke on the other side filling up the LPG tank in his Daihatsu Charade!  :D  When I said that he must drive for practically nothing he said that he'd just put in £22 worth of gas and he'd get 280 miles.  :y

I'd rather spend a bit more and drive my Omega, but that is cheap motoring!  :y

Very true, Tig. But Christ I'd hate to be seen in one despite the cheap fuel.

Is 280miles for £22 really that impressive for such a small car? Especially on LPG?

It was a 1.3ltr and he probably rags the shit out of it!  ;D
