Title: Terraclean
Post by: Mr.OmegaMan on 17 February 2015, 19:50:57
Just curious if any 'Omega Owners' specifically have had their Omega Terracleaned at all and if there was any noticeable improvements...  :)

Apparently it's around £126 for cars over 2.0L and takes 1 hour.

The service seems to generally get positive reviews especially Diesel cars, Was just curious if any Omegas had been done  :y

I remember a post from Sam Burton about the same service some time ago, I'll see if I can find it  :y
His was a 2.2 DTI but gave a detailed report on it.

Knowing how fragile the VP44 on a DTi is, it's the last thing I'd ever do to one of those.  :-\

We are looking to get an LC done over on ABS to see how close to acceptable the emmisions become afterwards. As Malc will tell you, they are always out at mot time

It would be as cheap to send the injectors off for a proper clean, and given Terraclean can clean bugger all else in reality..........

I was about to volenteer thinking Terraclean might be a cheap wash, wax and polish for the car. Now I see it's snake oil, so I'm out.
