UK going to send 75 troops to Ukraine to train Ukrainian army.

West is losing patience where Putin has driven about 200 tanks at Debaltseve through Minsk II. An attack on the major city of Mariupol will be next, where there is a considerable Russian military build up in the area, reconnaissance of Ukrainian positions and probing attacks.

The Yanks are sending a Battalion.  I would imagine there have been US and UK military 'observers' in the combat zone for some time.  :-\

The other thing of course is that Dave would rather piss off Merkel, Hollande and Putin combined, than Obama alone!  ::)
