Title: facelift heater problem

Hi guys need a little help for a mate.

He's had a facelift diesel but has found that the heaters work fine on the passenger side, but on the drivers side it only blows cold.

We've tried the usual press of buttons to reset the sensors but without success. Any ideas please?
