Best avoided... description is misleading at best, imaginary at worst. Service history makes Jackanory look like fact. The book has been stamped but mileages are all over the place and not a single corroborating invoice.

Shame the seller is such a idiot, because it could be quite a nice car... but without real history, not worth a penny over £800 :y

Yes. But because it is advertised as 'a classic' this doubles the price. :)

He has actually reduced it £100, but that doesn't cover the fabricated history ::)

Yep.

I occasionally see the figure of 180. Perhaps they refer to PS.

Nowt special really.....

4 x G cams
3.0 litre lower divider
3.0 lower pulley
3.0 injectors (dunno if they make any difference)
3.0 Long Nose plenum conversion
New 6 x Iridium sparkplugs
New plug leads
New DisPac
Vectra Challenge ported, polished and blueprinted heads from engine #020 built by Swindon Racing :)
Super Unleaded petrol (Tesco's finest)
K&N air filter
EGR pipe blanked (2 x 5p modification)
Butterflies wired open

That is all :)

There's a rare 2.5 V6 DCX  on the same page , looks mint  :o
