Title: Abs sensor plug question before I torch the ****er
Post by: tigers_gonads on 01 April 2015, 17:10:42
The one that connects the front hub sensor to the car loom.
Round white plug

How the hell do these things come apart ?

Everything on this car is seized solid  >:(
I can't get the wishbone to separate from the hub so i'm going to have to remove the lot and smash f*** out of it in the back garden  ::)
I've even managed to get my ball joint splitter wedged in there that tight that I can't remove it either way  >:(

Reminds me of my RAF days working on Lightning's ........... If in doubt, USE A BIGGER HAMMER  :D :D :D

I just had mine apart and back together, lots of levering and pulling!

Know what you mean about Wishbones too - I had to just keep coming back and going away to avoid the application of excessive force!

The correct fitter's term is: "Don't force it, use a bigger hammer."  :y
