Ordered a battery from CP4L for the Omega I'm collecting tomorrow. Ordered on Tuesday, paid for next day delivery, leaving a day spare. Has it turned up? Has it 'dangle berries'. Luckily I can borrow one from the explod project, but by Christ I'm fuming.
The courier company (with the large brown Morgan Olsens) have been a bunch of lying Muppets, so I'm going to be getting my best stroppy quill out. If I hadn't had the spare one, it would have been an entire wasted long weekend, especially with the amount of favours I'm calling in, and people involved. I shall update this when they attempt to fob me off...

Unusual for them... I would be shouting at the placeinorkneys at CP4L, the clues being in the name... ::)

They couldn't have been more helpful - the problem is entirely at the couriers end...

And UPS's online tracking number proves that?
In absence of evidence, based on my experiences, I'd be believing the courier over euroshiteparts. But all companies occasionally make mistakes.

Its the absolute unwillingess of them to help that has really annoyed me, including promising me phone calls that haven't materialised - even on the day that the depots were open. We shall see...

The courier can't help you, they are restricted what they can tell you. Its up to euroshiteparts to deal with them. Euroshiteparts should be able to give to the online tracking number, which would clearly show who is at fault... ...but whoever is, you're only comeback is with the seller.

Hadn't realised that - thanks TB!
