Yes that's correct, Vauxhall will not accept returns on special order items, usually says so on the invoice.

Always been the case at the Dealers I use.

Bastids... Thing is the part was correctly ordered but they supplied the 3.2 one instead of the 2.2 one... It's their cock up and not Micks... >:(
