Clearly a new radiator required :-(
When this happened on the 2.2 the HG followed shortly afterwards - should I panic?

Well I've ordered a new radiator but worry is still why is it cracked...

Same happened on my old one, I was baffled where the leak was coming from until I lifted the cover, I sealed it with Araldite for a wee bit ;D. I have a 6 month old rad here you could have had too

Run a soldering iron along the crack. :D

Typical, new one arrived today :-\

Looking at it reminds me of the problem I had with the 2.2 from Car Cooling.
What do others do about the different profile on the top where the fan clips on?
