Had new tyres fitted today and 4 wheel alignment done. The rear track arms were very seized and despite efforts of garage to adjust withme them almost "lunar red" they wouldnt budge.
Not a magor issue with alignment as it was almost spot on ,but me being me like almost to be exact so have ordered a pair of rear track rods so we can get almost to spot on.
Just wanted to understand that its only undo the mounting nuts and remove and replace.Naturally 1 side at atime so the new rods can be set to the same length as originals before final adjustment with machine.

The outboard end is a balljoint. You may need a balljoint splitter to get it off. Something like this,,,

Yup - easier than a front track rod - only one ball joint to oops up. ;D Inboard end is just a bolt through a rubber bush.
