can you replace a 2.5 with a 3.0,,  is all the engine management the same ,  thanks

If manual yes, if auto you might want to swap the box out too, with n AR 35  :y

2.2/2.5/2.6 had the AR25.

3.0/3.2 had the AR35, due to higher torque.

Its also why the 2.5TDs shag their boxes, too close to the limit of the box.
