Title: Starting to hear a top end tick

Just recently I've started to hear a top end tick from the tappets (I think) its not that bad just I can vaguely hear a ticking noise , any ideas what would cause this or how I can stop it from getting any worse? I am just after giving her a full service (gm 10-40)

Even cheaper if you are ever in Devon or Cornwall and call into Trago  :y

Doh!!! I'm visiting my folks at the end of the month in Torpoint, could of dropped in to trago off the A38 on the way down,never mind.
