Title: Wimbledon bites

Watched a bit of this years Wimbledon.

Just some thoughts.

One or two players are truly giant in height (from Brobdingnag no doubt). The fellow Murray beat was one although his nationality was shown as SA. Bit of an advantage being so tall. ;D

Sharapova(?) versus Serena Williams. The grunting form both players was truly epic.

If Federer brings anymore kitbags with him he is going to need a mule to carry them.

I wonder if the royals hate it when it rains and they have to go to a hospitality room and make small talk with commoners and NOT drink champagne.?

Best bit was cutting live to the weather girl (stood under an umbrella in the crowd) for a Formula1 style weather forecast. Light rain for 3 minutes followed by a dry spell for 38 minutes and 4 seconds. Then heavier rain for 8 minutes and 16 seconds. We should then see some sun in the evening (but you will have to have travelled to Spain for that)

Anyone else made any observations?
