Over hang canopy over the bedroom window leaking
again >:( Must be the 4th time me and farther tried to stop water coming in .
Seems like its getting in between the join between tiles adjoining both houses .
Is there a spray sealant for wet seeping in between felt :-\

You need to cure the problem, not mask it with some sealant.
Everything on a roof should be over lapped to prevent water from coming in so there shouldn`t be a joint between the two houses unless there`s a height differential and that`s where lead work comes in, which should then be dressed into the brickwork.

Our roof was re tiled but next doors has the original old tiles so it looks like there is a gutter or something to make them join together . Ive had someone take off 2 rows of tiles and they cant see any problem :(
Kind of like this :

If that weather strip has been properly fitted then it shouldn`t leak, it looks a bit like a valley only flat.
I wonder if the problem is nearer the ridge and the water is traveling down?

That is indeed the correct method for two joining roves but, there must be a fundamental problem, remember that the felt is the key weather proofing element of a roof and must be overlapped correctly including below one of those GRP fittings
-
Yup. A 14th century thatched roof is actually full of 'holes' - but the angling and spacing of the reeds means that the waters simply runs downward and drips off. As said, there's a fundamental issue which needs hunting out. Don't 'put P38 and paint over the rust' so to speak :)

We found a few spits in the felt where its curved near the canopy , slapped some
felt repair paste on with patches for now ::)
Question is surely roof tiles are not 100% water tight so some rain will
get under then the felt diverts any excess away , no ?
If this repair don't work we Will have to get the roofers in .

Correct, the tiles provide a physical barrier and the felt a waterproofing layer.
