My 2.5 Opel Omega is ready for the scapyard. How do I remove the interior mirror from the windscreen?

Has it a sensor? If not the mirror should slide down the way :y

Tap it down, essentially slide it down the inside of the screen, lilely very stiff to start

Thanks chaps. It came off easily enough. I presume a new screen comes with the holder attached.
