His portrayal of Arthur Daley was northing short of acting genius in my opinion. R.I.P. George.
One of my favourite lines from Minder was when he was telling Terry how clever some bloke was - "he speaks latin like a native". They don't write stuff like that any more. :)

What went Wrong with Minder  :-\  When it was him and dennis waterman, It was great but then it was that other bloke and it just went down hill... Was there a fallout  :-\
