Very tempting as a project: http://www.attingtonclassics.co.uk/motorcars/1966-jaguar-mkii-3-8-mod/

				Ah...the classic 'bank robber' Jag.

A four seater saloon that would hit 125 MPH back in the sixties. No wonder Mr Plod couldn't get near them in his Anglia or Austin 1100.  :y
-
I like that,my initials on the reg plate too :o

-
The first time I ever travelled at 100mph (when I was about 8 years old) was in one of those. Never forgotten it and had a soft spot for them ever since.  8)

Those seats look like a well worn set of gloves  8) Dont see that many about now .

crap, I bangered 3 of these and a daimler 250, , as they were worth nothing then, most i paid was a ton, for the daimler,in my defense they were typical of the era and very rusty, however still strong, sounded great around the then mud tracks of hagbourne and nettlebed, and a few other places, standlake etc!
Honest i didnt know any better when i was  in my high teens early 20,s ::)

				Somebody I know restored a Daimler 250. A real classic. :y :y :y

Nostalgia rules ok - had a '64 3.8S back in the late 60s - wish I'd kept it, along with loads of other "classics" I've owned

Love these, although I actually prefer the exterior look of the (slightly) later 240, the 3.8 makes a lovely noise though!

The car looks a nice one, although for me, I'd prefer wire wheels and a colour other than "prosthetic limb beige" :P
