....not that any of you wealthy bastards care. :'(
Four new tyres to be fitted by a mobile Kwik Fit fitter on my drive. Don't worry I shall check they put them on the right way round. ;)
So 4 x Goodyear F1 Eagle Asy 2......... 225/45/17Y. Cost £75 each.
Assuming £15 a corner to fit, the tyres work out at £60 each. Reasonable.
Some may find them cheaper but it was the best price I could get.

Seems a good price there, matey.
Even Tyre Shopper are £82 fitted, and they are usually very comepetitive :y
-
Gosh you could have bought half an Omega delivered for that price. :o

Indeed I could, Mr Varche.
I have to say I'm a little disappointed with the longevity of the front tyres on the Signum. :(

£300? The tears must be streaming down your cheeks ;D

£300 to me is like 30p to you.
You are the Howard Hughes of Barnsley. :)

I thought you were gonna say ''brought an omega'' :o
I need 2 new tyres.
£30 ditch finders through work. fitted by me.... unless I can persuade the apprentice to do it.... but then ill be worried he'll scratch them...nah, ill do it ::)

Good price that :y
I'm going for Kumo KU31's again if I can source them :D

(Relatively) Decent levels of grip let down by poor no feedback, so you're never quite sure when they are about to kill you.
Sadly, starting to get pricey for what is, after all, a budget tyre.

Read what you just wrote. £300 means nothing to you. You've finally admitted it. ;D

I was looking at houses up your way earlier, Opti (well, Boston way) .. they're so cheap you must have pots of spare cash rolling around, £300 will be nothing to a fella like you ;)
'course the Internet was 3Mb ADSL so there went my dreams of moving to the countryside :'(

Make sure he/she puts all the wheel nuts back on ::)

When I saw the headline I thought that's a cheap laptop where Lady Opti has seen your hacked details online from a well known risque US website, just to read it was about mundane Sicknum tyres. :P :P :P
Did they or you supply the scaffold pole for tightening the wheels nuts to the correct torque settings? ::) ::) ::)

Just looking around on their website, that is a good price for the 17's, the 16's do appear a tad more expensive. Perhaps I should put the spare 17's I have on the 2.2 :-\
KU31's can be had for around £60/70, so not the budget price anymore.
Got 4 almost brand spankers KU39's to go on the 3.2 in the coming months, to replace those appalling Nexen N6000's.
The 2.2's KU31's have got some life in them yet, also got the Dunlop Winter Sport 3Ds in the garage, think they will go on over the winter, pro-long the KU31's until next summer hopefully 8)

A very budget tyre at a midrange price. Not a patch on the KU31s IMHO

During their time on the Elite Estate, we liked them. Shall see how I get on :)
