My car has xenon headlights one lens is cracked and one is that badly scuffed/scratched tcut won't work on it
Question is could I buy "normal" omega headlights which seem to be a lot cheaper then change over all the parts from mine to them eg bulbs, ballast etc etc

In theory you can, but in reality the amount of work with no guarantee of success means the only sensible option us to replace them with either new or good second hand :y

I have a pair of good second hand HID's from a MFL. £40 plus postage. Can email photos if required.

It's possible/probable that the lenses on non-HID lamps will be able to be swapped for yours. Stick them in the oven for however long, as per the guide re: fitting alloy adjusters, then swap over the lenses.
However, £40 for two Xenon's that's a pretty damn good price, almost tempted myself, hehe! :)

I too have several sets of headlights, all from facelift CDX's or above spec...you can have a pair for the same price if you don't get sorted with Alank46's offer.
I live near Burnley if you wanted to save on postage or possible postal damage. PM me if you don't get fixed up.
