Title: just to let the east anglian guys know.......

the anglia meeting is DEFINETLY ON for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of august in whittington near thetford, the campsite leaflet is on anglia meetings page 4.
a section of the site is getting cleared especially for the meeting with facilities for car repairs shelter, washrooms and pitches etc.
if you wish to go (even for the day) you will have to contact the campsite owner to book a day permit -£4 for a washroon key. they need to know how big a space to clear for us ! hope to see a few there. tone :y any qs please pm me

Sounds absolutely great.

I shall be slumming it in a 4 star hotel in Napoli on 1st August, and in a rented apartment overlooking the Amalfi coast for the following two weeks.

I am absolutely devastated that I will miss the opportunity to spend a weekend in a soggy tent in a soggier field in Norfolk with a bunch of Omega enthusiasts.   :(

I wish you every success, and if I can find a way of cancelling my Italian holiday to be with you... :) :)

i am hoping to pay a visit.if its wet or mrs bitz wants to come i will be in the mig,otherwise i will be on the honda. :y

oh and by the way, it is advisable to observe the customs and traditions of the places you travel to so that you dont find yourself at the mercy of the local law enforcement agencies. therefore you should probably observe the following norfolk bylaws which technically are still in effect today:

Spitting on a sea gull is illegal in Norfolk

Corsets must be worn by women after sundown
