hi all, I need your help! I'm planning on putting a 1996 3l engine and manual gearbox and assorted parts, plenum, clutch, diff, pedals etc into a 2000 pre face lift auto mv6. can anyone tell me if putting a 2000 manual mv6 ecu would work? many thanks :)

As l'am feeling nice :)
 engine gearbox, plenum,etc will work, no need to change ecu.
