lot of car for the money - and i ned a new project - but its tooooo far away for me

I was wary - he seemed too keen to end early for way below value....   ...I smell a rat.

I never caught a Rat and been able to smell it, what do they smell like? - Sorry!!!!  ;D

Just walk near the canal, esp in the built up bit, you'll soon see some rats...
