It sold on eBay last week. Something like £1.50. I wanted to bid but he's way way up north!

Too far north even for us northern types :)
Does look a tad dog eared, like something you would find at daley autos ;D
-
Sadly not my cup of tea. :(
-
Tis a bit bleak up that way ::) I fear this may be broken up for spares which isnt a bad thing i guess :-\
Wheels/tyres engine and exhaust bits is best bits :)
-
To be honest, the more I looks at it, if you can see past the... interesting colour scheme, there's a very clean car under there. As said, parts is the likely route, a lovely low-mileage interior like that would sell, plus other bits...
My offer is 78p, we'll see if the seller accepts before I bring out the big guns, I have a £2 coin round here somewhere...
-
It'd probably cost over £500 to get it anywhere near civilisation! :P ;D
-
And then there's the 20ft high concrete wall / checkpoints which I'd need to get through from Yorkshire to Lincolnshire. Sometimes the guards will let you through even if you don't have the right papers if you can give them a few quid / box of cigs / coffee etc...

Not if you ask me, nicely! :P

That must be a mistake folks! The Catera was ONLY a US model Opel with slight body and structure updates. It never was offered in a RHD model. The GM agreement was for Vauxhall & Holden to handle all RHD market segments and for Opel Germany to handle the LHD segments. That means this car would have to be manufactured in Rüsselsheim, Germany by Opel, and shipped and sold in the United States as a rebadged Opel Omega by Cadillac as the US only rebadged Catera. It can't be a Catera if it was not made by Opel in Germany since that GM location never made RHD models. This must be a Vauxhall with Catera badges and rear spoiler added. I would think before any person would buy this "Catera", they would do a simple VIN search to confirm a so-called Catera vehicle.

Someone has just bought a job lot of catera badges. Nothing more. Dash is also wrong for catera. Sure that is a members car actually

Yes I agree, the added US Model Oil Temp and Volt gauges are missing.. a Catera only feature.

Seats are nice though.
