Trying to explain things in terms they'd understand & refrain from colourful language :o :o :o :o
Anyway I must have been good because they want me back in the summer & all the female teachers loved it ::) ::) ::)

When the local policeman came to or primary school he ended up picking four kids on outstanding warrants...
Just kidding... Our school liaison officer was John Archer, a thoroughly awesome chap, who then managed to fool Penn and Teller on their magic show!

I saw that programme & then saw him do the same act as the fill in act when I went to see Ken Dodd at Bolton. Brilliant ...... no idea how he did it ..... he must've been good to fool Penn & Teller

I met him again as an adult years later, after seeing that trick up close. Proper gentle giant.
