Title: P poor customer service

Back in June I bought a replacement battery for my mobile from 4ourhouse. 5 months later the new battery is holding a charge not much better than the original, so I emailed them to tell them. A few day later I received an email from the to say that they said they would arrange for a courier (DPD) to collect it? I asked them to explain ....... their reply was that Unfortunately we have a refund and reorder policy which means you will be fully refunded from the previous order but if the parts are still required a new order would have to be placed.  ??? ???
I think I'll just buy from elsewhere & cut my losses with 4ourhouse & promise myself never to buy from them again. Piss poor returns procedure if you ask me

At least you got a refund. I'd say that was a result.

That sounds good to me, full refund after 5 months. Just order another off them, you know you'll get a refund if it goes duff within another FULL warranty period.

Could just have been a one off 'badun'

That sounds good to me, full refund after 5 months. Just order another off them, you know you'll get a refund if it goes duff within another FULL warranty period.

Could just have been a one off 'badun'
