				Nearside 1degree 18'
Offside 2degrees 32' at maximum adjustment...

Best solution... Either open the slot out a smidgen or fit a slightly thinner bolt?

Considering running a round file across the outboard edge... Question being, how much to remove?

 Thinking 0.5 mm :-\

Thinking back to when I adjusted mine, there was several degrees of adjustment, from positive to that looks broken negative. So, not wanting to teach you to suck eggs; you have loosened both bolts? The holes/slots aren't crudded up? The bolts are straight? There's probably more but hopefully you get my point.

Otherwise a round file, leaving about half the bolt diameter at the edges of the part should do.

I set it by eye when I rebuilt it, was at garage having alignment done and they were the ones adjusting it, so might have a point re lower bolt...

Bolts are true and holes clean :y

Currently drives nicely but needs new front pads soon, so will tackle it then... ;)

Rear wasn't touched as both adjusters seized solid and one track rod has a distinct curve to it...

Osf camber needs work, although it did improve slightly as the toe was set.
