Clients either book a room in the hotel or use the public toilets.

I wonder how many paternity claims he'll get in years to come?  ::)  The CSA could have a field day!  ;D

I knew someone that used an unofficial sperm donor. Very dodgy business.

Id happily donate for a reasonable fee, but I'm terrified that the law would change and there would be claims of child support in the future.

I think the law changed abolishing the right for donors to remain anonymous.  Thus if you do you could be liable unless there is some sort of waiver mehanism at the clinic signed by both parties.  To memory Ihavent seen a test case on the issue though, but then it is still early days.

Shows what I know then!  ::)

The point is though as an unofficial donor he probably won't have the protection of the law and an unscrupulous woman or child in years to come might decide to have a go at getting some money from him.  :)
