Some of you may remember this Omega I bought for spares with two months M.O.T, So we thought we'd tax it and I could strip the parts needed for my 3.0 MV6 at the end of February.
My wife has enjoyed driving with an automatic that I was asked to put it through the M.O.T ( just to see how bad it was) so without looking at it at all I took it in..... and it passed!!!! :o
There was an advisory on the n/s/r brake pipe starting to corrode, the exhaust (apart from being loud) had a slight leak where the rear exhaust had be welded and the usual uneven wear on the front tyres.

If you're needing to pump the clutch you've bigger problems than a bit of traffic... ::)

I took the (manual) Battlebus into work yesterday... ...and the last 7 miles of stop/start reminded me why I drive an automatic.
-
Unfortunately "The wife" did suggest that we should keep to an automatic and that I should sell my MV6 manual :o
My reply was that I intended to buy the Estate MV6 Elite version, so we should sell both and get a decent one..... Then I reminded her how long and awkward to park ::)
Still under discussion ;)
