Title: E-mail sticking

For the last few days whenever I turn computer on it takes ages for Incredimail to become operational-it used to be more or less straight away-and when it does "hook up" then on the first try at sending an e-mail it jams up again for about a minute or so,but anything after that and it works just fine until the next time I turn computer on.What's going on?what do I need to have looked at?
If it makes any difference I'm on Virgin,but always have been and as said it's only begun doing this in the last week.

bit difficult to tell with no error messages and no other problems but as a first step try a full virus scan and then also a malware scan with malwarebytes which is free.
