Title: Is fuel edging up in price in the UK?
Post by: Varche on 11 March 2016, 14:42:47: I have noticed it creeping up in Spain. Diesel got as low as 87 cents a litre but at beginning of month it was 95 cents now it is 98.

Is it still 99p at the supermarkets in the UK? That seemed to me a psychological price rather than one based on market forces.

I chucked in £30 at Sainsbury's today .... 97.9p/l :y But that was Diesel ;)

But I have noticed Esso/Shell/etc are upping their prices.....its only the supermarkets at the moment that are holding the low prices...but for how long :-\

Wifey has been promised a pay rise of 1% for the next four years, I think everything going down might suit us.

Post by: BazaJT on 11 March 2016, 18:53:15: It's still hanging on at 99.8p unleaded or 97.8 diesel round here,but I imagine it'll rise soon as I believe price of oil per barrel is on the up.
