The sensors work fine I can hear the signals of all four sensors from outside of the car but there is no sound in the car even I select reverse gear . There is no starting BEEEP sound . I guess the speaker is broken that's why I need to learn that where its located . ??? ???

Left hand headlining about fifteen centimetres in frm the B post... Bit further back if sunroof equipped.
Assume the speaker is dead, and fit a tweeter from the front door... Place this up above the lefthand rear wheelarch behind the boot lining :y

Hmmm I guess I couldnt understand the location exactly :-[
How can I reach that location where should I start :)

Ecu is located.behind the left hand boot trim. Look for a pair of wires dissappearing up the C pillar... These go to the speaker, which is roughly above the head of the rear left passenger.
As you have already established that the speaker is no longer working, check it is still plugged in, if so it needs replacing. If unplugged, plug it in and see what happens. If everything else looks connected and still not working, then you can cut the original speaker wires and connect another speaker to them... A small speaker/tweater from the front door is perfect for this job ;)
