Title: Volvo V70 T6
Post by: geoffr70 on 14 April 2016, 14:28:59: Hi peeps, does anybody know what kind of auto box a 2010 Volvo V70 T6 300 bhp has? Is it a proper one with a torque converter or something different? Thanks

Geartronic = slushbox
Powershift = automated manual

They were never any good and if driven hard (usually every day as a plod) they'd go in limp home mode regularly after a few brisk journeys.

Trouble with the T6, is that they are auto only and fourwheel drive... nearly bought one, but it had unresolvable electrical issues, so walked away and bought the 4x4 Insignia Estate instead.

They're nowhere near as reliable as idiots in pubs will have you believe actually. Every car has it's problems including the rusty old omegas sadly.
