...of the NSF brake pad wear sensor routing in place? In my ownership I've never had one and it's currently tied up against the body out of the way. However I am going to need front d's and p's and I think I'd like to restore this. Obviously want to get it routed correctly so it doesn't foul anything and it's been a while since I've looked in the wheel arch so can't remember if routing is obvious with securing clips etc.
Anyone got a piccy? :y

No pic, but from memory...
Off inboard pad, behind the rubber cap of brake nipple (ie, between nipple and where rubber attaches to caliper), then clips in plastic clip that will be dangling, the rubber bit clips into bottom of strut, then over to clip in plug.

When it is clipped in place the sensor wire runs parallel to the flexi hose & it just looks like it was designed to be there rather than being an after-thought
-
OK thanks ladies. I am sure I can figure it out with that info

I thought it looped down with the abs sensor wire, although that was the way it was on the bmw and merc then it either sits in the pad recess or pushes through the spring clip hole
-
Where's Rob? ??? :)

Hmmm. I had forgotten about the ABS sensor wire. Perhaps the drivers side has a hose plus ABS wire running in parallel and the passenger side hose plus ABS plus pad sensor :-\

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the pic mate. I can't quite zoom in on my tablet but it looks like its clipped under the bleed nipple cover, clipped in the bracket on the strut, clipped on the brake hose, then to the connector? :y
-
Yep. There is another bracket where the brake hose joins the pipe as well (can't really see it in the pic)

Nice one mate, thank you :y
