Title: Hats off to the forum
Post by: prestigesec on 21 July 2008, 19:22:41
Just wanted to say hats off to the forum as i have just experienced how crap the bmw forum is, my other half has a 3series which developed a problem last week so i joined bimmerforum supposed to be the best one for bmw's very impressive site when i went on it. So i posted the problem explained everything about it and a week later not a single response. Always had plenty of help from the OOF and thought others would be the same, how wrong was i anyway well done and thanks to OOF for all the help they have gave me and others. :y :y :y

Already in getting done, friend of mine owns his own garage for years so lucky enough dont get charged that much and get my parts for what he pays. Plus he is an MOT tester which makes that time of year a little less stressfull.  ;)

Yeah, I know.  I got Mrs TheBoy's dad to join MGRover forum to ask about a problem on his old 200.  1 reply - "Buy a Haynes and a jack".
