Indeed. Made a quick poster for my local Pub (I do all their graphics) it's run by an ex-serviceman, and as Cleethorpes is the national centre for this year's Armed Forces Day, thought it prudent. As you say, it does rather matter. Well, one fo the girls in the office thinks 'Histrees onee any fokkin use if you wanna be anistree teechaarr" but on the plus side she's just smaccked her hand and it really hurts, so every cloud...  :D

Link here, should anyone wish to have a look  :)

It doesn't fit with the vesetd interests camp. Can't have people being patriotic and thinking about the efforts people put in for freedom.

That would have gone down well 100 years a go on the Somme, as they die and are maimed by the 10,000s to preserve our freedom and democracy. How would you feel about a referendum in 100 years time to voluntarily give the remaining half of England, that they haven't already got, to the Germans? :(

Well...yes. But it may also remind people about the massive differences that existed between European nations just a few decades ago, and make them decide that we don't like Gerry......or Pierre if it comes to it.  ;D
