Title: Wales Vs England
Post by: Mister Rog on 16 June 2016, 12:14:46
Wales is normally associated with doing well with the oval ball, but seem to be bit better with a round one these days

I wonder what the chances are ? Off to the pub for a pub lunch and the match on TV soon  :y

I like this, the small town of Bala has renamed itself Bale   ;D

Not confident here, I was not very impressed with Kane. He fluffed so many chances last time  :-\

I'm not too optimisitic. England really need to win so they might actually try harder  ::) Nobody down here really expects Wales to even get to the final stages, but they MUST beat England  ;D

Why on earth Kane taking corners and free kicks. As a striker (and a good one) he should be in the box on the end of ,em. ???

England have far more skill and international experience than Wales. But Wales have heart and belief and I think all the hype could make England nervous. The longer Wales don't concede, the greater their chances.

Messed up big time, should have smashed that into the net.

Not impressed with England's forwards one bit, like before making the chances but not smashing them away.

In a big square in Swansea (which is in Wales) there is a huge screen that shows matches. After the Wales-England game an English guy in an England shirt stands in front of the crowd waving his arms. This is exactly the attitude that prompts others to want to beat them up. I'd be tempted myself  ::) (no not really I'm too much of a wimp ). Ok, here in Wales the local bobbies stepped in, but in France ?

I'm not a big fan of the Roma community in France due to an "incident" a little while back that involved getting surrounded by kids and women on the Paris Metro, lots of distraction, bags getting slashed, and wallets etc getting stolen.

However . . . . .

Shocked, England's won a game. Roy Hodgson, must try harder as there is now a real danger that England might qualify for the knockout stages. ::) ::) ::)

What's shocking about it? Their form is to scrape through to the second round against teams they should beat in their sleep. This raises the fans(who really ought to know better) expectations to a frenzy of we're going to win!!!!!! Which are then dashed by some shockingly poor games.

2 goals conceded

Imho, he should have been dropped months ago for both Man Citee and England
Seems more bothered about his Head and shoulders adverts now then keeping the high standards that he set 2 seasons ago  ::)

As for Kane  ::)
Another ponce who is scared to get stuck in in case it messes up his hair do  ;D

Imo, part of been a goalkeeper is sorting out the defence positions
How the hell he can do that is beyond me if he still has soap in his eyes  ::) ;D

As for Kyle Walker
Never mind drug testing the Russians, he should be tested on a daily basis  ::)
I don't think i've ever seen a player who runs around as much as him  :y :y
Must be on speed or something like that  ;D

As for the sheep fondlers  :-X
A big slap on the back for them  :y :y
You represented your country with pride and can hold your heads up high  :y
