Thinking back, I have been on to them twice before.

Both times offered refunds.  1st time I told them to give it to charity as it was an option I was offered, 2nd time I took the offer of a refund by cheque, never got it.

Makes me wonder if the ever give the refund at all.

Tossers.

You ask them for a number - is that a verbal contact?  If they don't have it, is it breach of contract, or so they have a get-out-clause in the smallprint??

Twice I wanted my Doctors number, twice they gave me the old local number that is now inactive.

Surely they should be upto date at a £1 a number, in fact, I think I am going to send an email to watchdog, I dont mind losing the money too much but they can beware if they aint passing it on to charity.
