Title: Its that time of year....

But I have a question for the boys in blue....

Saw a Merc 4x4 today (unmarked) turn on its blue and two's to get round some standstill traffic, but it had a foreign number plate (maybe German, seeing as it was a Merc, but couldn't see). Is that allowed?? :-\ IE a foreign Police or diplomatic or high ranking official car allowed to use its blues and twos in another country? especially just to avoid heavy traffic?

Its that time of year when I cant leave my own home, due to those sad bastards watching boring cars drive in a line around an old shitty airfield >:(

It's bad enough for your average Brit, but it must be like doing sudoku on wheels for foreigners. Completely baffling! ;D

Its closes tonight at 10pm and reopens at 8am Sat for repairs and a Vintage car parade!

So with Wotton Bassat road closed due to a collapsed sewer (a main route into the 'Old Town') lets close another main route into town on the other side ::) ::)
